OGTV+ is a directory and playback interface for publicly available live TV streams. OGTV+ does not host, store, own, sell, or control the video streams shown through the service.

Stream availability, quality, language, region, and programming may change without notice because the underlying streams are provided by third parties.

You are responsible for using OGTV+ only where doing so is lawful for you. You must comply with all applicable laws, third-party rights, and network rules when accessing streams through the service.

You may use OGTV+ in guest mode or sign in with Google to sync your watchlist across devices. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for activity associated with your account.

Guest-mode watchlist data is stored in your browser. Account-mode watchlist data is stored on OGTV+ servers so it can sync across devices.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer OGTV+.
• Do not use OGTV+ to infringe copyrights or other third-party rights.
• Do not bypass access controls, security features, or rate limits.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive legal or support requests.

Third-party stream providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices, cookies, ads, or technical restrictions. OGTV+ is not responsible for the content, availability, legality, or data practices of third-party streams or websites.

If you believe a link listed on OGTV+ infringes your rights, email thegeek.og@gmail.com with the page URL, channel identifier, the rights you claim, and enough information for us to review the request. OGTV+ may remove or restrict links after review.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using OGTV+, you also agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

OGTV+ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free playback, specific content, stream legality in your location, or continued availability of any channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OGTV+ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from your use of the service.

We may update OGTV+, these terms, or related policies from time to time. The effective date above shows when this document was last updated. Your continued use of OGTV+ after changes means you accept the updated terms.
