Takedown Request Process
Effective date: June 9, 2026
This page explains how OGTV+ reviews requests to remove links, channel entries, or other directory references from our system.
1. What OGTV+ Can Remove
OGTV+ can remove or disable links, channel entries, metadata, logos, or references that appear inside the OGTV+ interface.
OGTV+ cannot remove the original third-party stream, server, website, or broadcaster content because OGTV+ does not host or control those sources.
2. Where to Send Requests
Send takedown requests to thegeek.og@gmail.com.
Use a subject line such as "Takedown Request", "DMCA", "Trademark Complaint", or "Privacy Complaint".
3. Required Details
- Your name and contact details.
- The exact OGTV+ URL, channel name, channel ID, or screenshot of the listing.
- The reason for removal, such as copyright, trademark, privacy, incorrect metadata, or broken stream.
- Evidence that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder, if the request is rights-based.
- Any supporting documents or official source links that help verify the request.
4. Review Workflow
- OGTV+ reviews whether the request identifies a specific listing in our system.
- If the request is complete and credible, the reported listing may be removed or disabled.
- If the request is incomplete, OGTV+ may ask for clarification before taking action.
- Urgent legal, safety, or privacy complaints may be prioritized.
5. After Removal
Removed links may remain blocked from OGTV+ if the complaint is credible. If a removed item is later shown to be lawful, authorized, or incorrectly reported, OGTV+ may restore or replace the listing after review.
6. Internal Records
OGTV+ may keep records of complaints, reported URLs, timestamps, requester contact details, and actions taken so that repeat issues can be handled consistently.
