DMCA and Copyright Policy

Copyright complaints may be sent to thegeek.og@gmail.com.

Use "DMCA" or "Copyright Complaint" in the subject line so the request can be reviewed quickly.

• Your full name, organization if applicable, email address, and phone number.
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact OGTV+ page URL, channel name, channel ID, or other link details.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

After receiving a credible copyright complaint, OGTV+ may remove or disable access to the reported link from our directory while the issue is reviewed. We may ask for more information if the complaint is incomplete or unclear.

Removing a link from OGTV+ does not remove the original stream from the internet, because OGTV+ does not host the stream.

OGTV+ may block, de-rank, or remove sources that repeatedly produce credible copyright complaints or appear to provide unauthorized streams.

Notices that are false, incomplete, misleading, automated without review, or abusive may be rejected. Please only submit complaints when you have a good-faith basis to report the listed link.
